Salary: $74,600–$124,400 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Manage a mortgage or consumer lending department or major business unit.
• Lead supervisors and operations managers overseeing 15+ employees.
• Plan, analyze, and report on department performance and operational results.
• Implement process improvements, policies, procedures, and contingency plans.
• Lead department- and division-level projects while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting and oversee staffing, performance reviews, promotions, training, and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four to five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least four years of operations experience.
• At least four years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of business operations, applicable regulations, and related technology.
• Ability to work on a hybrid in-office schedule in Ballston Lake or Amherst Center, Buffalo, New York.

• Master’s degree.
