Bilingual Spanish Branch Manager

Location: Balch Springs, Texas, United States; in-office at the Lake June branch

What you will do

• Lead branch planning and execution to drive growth, sales, revenue, market share, and customer relationships.
• Develop consumer and business relationships through discovery conversations, outbound calls, in-person meetings, and community involvement.
• Coach the team to deliver personalized financial solutions and consistent customer experiences across in-person and digital channels.
• Attract, onboard, develop, and performance-manage branch employees while fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, business, and sales-practice risks in line with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate business results and pipeline activity with internal business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of industry-relevant experience; operations or production roles typically require 2 years of prior managerial experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, client counseling, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and pass required background checks.
• Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.
