Salary: $85,000–$102,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Talent modules.
• Configure, test, implement, administer, and optimize Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and future Talent capabilities.
• Design and maintain business processes, notifications, validations, security impacts, documentation, and functional support.
• Manage Workday releases, assess impacts, recommend new capabilities, and execute testing strategies.
• Enable performance, goal-setting, development, talent review, and succession programs through workflows, reporting, automation, and system design.
• Develop talent reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement and AI enablement.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Talent modules is required; candidates without direct configuration experience will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, plus at least four years of relevant hands-on experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent functionality beyond end-user support.
• Experience with Workday business process configuration and testing.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Remote position based in North Carolina/the United States.
