What you will do

• Partner with leadership across Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to drive HR strategy.
• Lead organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support change management processes to enhance business and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to staff critical roles and build organizational bench strength.
• Utilize HR data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Champion inclusion and equity efforts to foster an engaged and diverse workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Proven track record of partnering with leadership in a fast-paced, global matrixed business.
• Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Medical Device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industries.
• Experience working with Commercial Sales teams.
• Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness best practices.
