Sr Analyst, HRIS (Workday)

Salary: $108,000–$162,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert across Workday Core HCM, Security, Payroll/Earnings, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Provide production support by researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results, and process flaws.
• Lead projects by gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, proposing solutions, and implementing changes in Workday.
• Monitor Workday updates and new features to help the organization use the latest capabilities.
• Assess the impact of configuration changes on other modules and downstream processes.
• Document configurations, system processes, field definitions, and user guides.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Workday.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, analyzing business processes, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of human resources policies and compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop skills in end-to-end automation.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills, including with stakeholders at all levels; proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification.
• Experience with Workday reporting, complex calculated fields, or talent optimization.
• Workday Studio experience.
