Regional HR Manager, Western Canada (Contract)

Location: Remote within Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR partnership and guidance to Sephora stores and retail leaders across Western Canada.
• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and employee experience initiatives.
• Advise on health and safety matters across the regional store network.
• Use HR insights and operational information to support business performance and field objectives.
• Contribute to employee engagement, talent retention, and leadership capability development.
• Partner with Store Leadership, District Managers, and the Regional Director.

Requirements

• Remote work is limited to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
• Full-time availability for a 15-month contract.
• Experience or capability in employee relations, health and safety, performance management, and talent development is required for the role.
• Ability to partner with retail and field leaders across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
