HR Manager (Australia & New Zealand)

Location: Hybrid in Melbourne (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Partner with regional and global leaders to provide expert people advice and support business growth.
• Lead recruitment activities and manage the candidate and onboarding experience across ANZ.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand employment legislation.
• Drive initiatives for culture, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
• Support learning, development, and succession planning to build organizational capability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and workplace experience of the Melbourne office.

Requirements

• Significant generalist HR experience within a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience partnering with leaders and stakeholders across different business functions.
• Confidence in managing a broad range of employee relations matters.
• Strong recruitment and talent management experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Melbourne office.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an international or high-growth business environment.
• AHRI or an equivalent professional qualification.
