Value Capture & Cost Senior Analyst (Finance): Tracking costs, benefits and programme performance for a large-scale integration programme with an accent on financial governance, benefits realisation and forecasting. Focus on maintaining financial models, challenging synergy submissions, analysing risks and opportunities, and producing decision-ready reporting for senior stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid in Eastleigh, with office attendance once a week; flexible working is available within the UK.
Salary: Circa Β£70,000 per year.

What you will do
- Produce and consolidate programme performance reporting for governance forums, Steering Committees and Board-level stakeholders.
- Maintain integration cost trackers, benefit realisation trackers and supporting financial models.
- Monitor synergy and benefit delivery against approved targets, highlighting risks, opportunities and performance gaps.
- Prepare reporting packs covering Cost to Achieve, synergy delivery, forecasts and progress against plan.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with Finance, the Integration Management Office and business stakeholders.
- Perform scenario modelling and ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions and value capture initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and analysis of large datasets.
- Essential accounting experience with a strong understanding of financial controls, budgeting and forecasting.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outputs within agreed timescales.
