Value Capture & Cost Senior Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Eastleigh, with office attendance once a week. Flexible location arrangements are available within the UK.

Salary: Circa £70,000

What you will do

• Produce programme performance reporting for governance forums, steering committees and Board-level stakeholders.
• Maintain integration cost trackers, benefit realisation trackers and supporting financial models.
• Monitor synergy and benefit delivery against approved targets, reporting performance, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reporting packs covering Cost to Achieve, synergy delivery, forecasts and progress against plan.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning while partnering with Finance, the Integration Management Office and business stakeholders.
• Deliver scenario modelling, ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and analysis of large datasets.
• Accounting experience with a strong understanding of financial controls, budgeting and forecasting.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it into clear business insights.
• Confidence engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
