What you will do
- Analyse cost drivers and support accurate non-people cost forecasting.
- Maintain rolling cost and workforce forecasts with business stakeholders, Procurement, and Finance Business Partners.
- Prepare timely financial reporting, management analysis, and month-end variance analysis.
- Identify financial and operational risks and support controls, governance, and mitigation activities.
- Review purchase orders for budget alignment, cost coding, and accounting accuracy.
- Improve financial processes and operational interfaces across the Group Finance function.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and organisational skills for recurring forecasting, reporting, and month-end activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling, forecasting, variance analysis, data manipulation, and management reporting.
- Experience maintaining cost and workforce forecasts using current financial information.
- Understanding of purchase-order controls, cost coding, budget monitoring, and financial governance.
- Ability to communicate clear financial insights and collaborate with senior stakeholders, Finance Business Partners, Financial Control, Procurement, and operational teams.
