Group Financial Controller

Salary: £75,000–£90,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

hirify.global is partnering with a growing private equity-backed business to recruit a Group Financial Controller.

What you will do

• Lead group month-end and year-end reporting, including consolidated management accounts and board reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting to provide insight into performance and risks.
• Maintain financial controls, accounting policies, governance, and statutory reporting processes.
• Oversee audit processes and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.
• Support acquisitions, integration, transformation projects, and commercial decision-making across the group.

Requirements

• ACA qualification.
• Significant experience in a senior financial control or group finance role.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Experience in a multi-entity or complex group environment.
• Clear communication skills for working with non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving controls and processes.
