Finance Business Partner - 12 Month FTC

What you will do

• Analyse and report on store sales, costs, profitability, risks, and commercial opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior operational managers and provide financial guidance, challenge, and support.
• Prepare weekly sales reporting, forecasts, and financial outlooks.
• Review expenditure with finance partners and business owners, explaining the financial impact of operational decisions.
• Support twice-yearly budgeting and planning processes.
• Develop commercial models and ad hoc analysis for new initiatives, operational changes, investments, and business projects.

Requirements

• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification, or active progress toward a professional qualification.
• Strong Excel skills and high IT literacy.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational information.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness, planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
• Confidence managing, challenging, and influencing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
