Senior Project Finance Analyst

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom

Annualized minimum base pay: $80,000 USD

What you will do

• Review contract payment schedules and prepare monthly fee-for-service and pass-through invoices for assigned projects.
• Analyze project contracts, budgets, and hours for financial-system setup and internal tracking.
• Calculate monthly contract revenue and project backlog.
• Support project managers with profitability analysis and monthly project reporting.
• Analyze change orders and incorporate approved changes into original contracts.
• Prepare cash-flow analyses and payment schedules while supporting project and finance managers with project-related questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years of accounting or finance experience within a contract research organization.
• Experience with a revenue recognition system.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for the remote role.
