Senior FP&A Analyst (Fintech)

hirify.global is a fast-growing Series B fintech providing buy-now-pay-later payment solutions for consumers and merchants in Mexico.

What you will do

• Build, update, and defend monthly forecasts and budget-versus-actual analyses.
• Develop five-year three-statement models covering the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Maintain unit-economics models for GMV, take rate, approval rate, and cost of risk.
• Analyze budget and forecast variances, including one-off and extraordinary impacts.
• Prepare accurate leadership and board reporting materials under tight deadlines.
• Automate reporting and replace manual spreadsheet work with repeatable, self-service processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, private equity, or strategic finance.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience building three-statement and unit-economics models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain financial variances to non-finance audiences.
• Native or advanced Spanish and advanced English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, BNPL, lending, or payments.
• Python experience for financial analysis or automation.
