Equipment Maintenance Mechanic (Medical Devices)

Location: Pawtucket, Rhode Island, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $25.30–$31.65 per hour

What you will do

• Support manufacturing lines by adjusting, repairing, replacing, and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues systematically to minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain production lines for peak efficiency and operate all phases of manufacturing, including secondary operations.
• Run material after preventive maintenance to confirm that the line is ready for Manufacturing.
• Maintain maintenance records and perform facilities maintenance tasks as required.
• Notify Engineering when major equipment issues require consultation.

Requirements

• Mechanical ability to maintain hybrid systems used to manufacture medical electrode devices.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing component blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment for close-tolerance work.
• Experience with tool setting on small power presses.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work onsite in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
