Supervisor Inventory Shop Floor

Location: Oviedo, Florida, United States; onsite work in office and warehouse/manufacturing environments

What you will do

• Supervise daily inventory control operations, cycle counts, physical counts, and inventory personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, review transactions, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate procurement and timely receipt of materials, components, tooling, and production supplies.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and receiving documentation for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Maintain ERP and inventory records, prepare stock and usage reports, and develop inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Quality while improving accuracy, reducing waste, and supporting safety and quality compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems and knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred, with strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 50 pounds and use required PPE in production areas.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Epicor, WMS, purchasing systems, barcode scanners, or handheld inventory devices.
