Relationship Manager I - C&IB (F) (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage new and existing client relationships within a corporate banking book of business.
• Acquire, expand, and retain healthcare and middle-market client relationships to grow revenue and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Identify client opportunities, provide financial insights, and present hirify.global's broader product and service offering.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry relationships while using reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of client relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio management.
• Formal credit training, healthcare experience, and experience with middle-market clients of $100 million or more are preferred.
• Must work onsite in Pittsburgh; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
• SIE and Series 52 and 63 licenses must be obtained within 180 days of employment; Series 79 is optional for the applicable track.
