Regional Banking Portfolio Manager Sr.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of business customers in partnership with Relationship Managers.
• Service, deepen, and retain profitable customer relationships while evaluating and mitigating business risks.
• Optimize fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue across a book of business exceeding $100 million and containing more than 20 relationships.
• Own credit quality, risk-grade updates, underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and ongoing monitoring for the assigned commercial portfolio.
• Analyze portfolio trends and opportunities, conduct reviews with senior management, and contribute to special projects.
• Mentor junior portfolio managers, credit analysts, and Relationship Managers while collaborating with Team Leaders and Regional Credit Officers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet customer expectations, and interact professionally with senior leadership and clients.
• Ability to work in an office-based team environment and collaborate across reporting lines.

Nice to have

• Formal credit training.
• In-depth knowledge of credit products, risk assessment, and debt structuring.
