Lead Maintenance Mechanic (Roving Team)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States; travel within a 45-minute radius of the assigned hub is required.

Salary: $84,734–$116,603 per year, plus a 15% premium applied to base compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across the regional Roving Hub system.
• Perform and oversee mechanical maintenance, inspections, repairs, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Lead safe responses to outages and critical events while enforcing Stop Work Authority and other safety protocols.
• Coordinate the Work Week schedule, provide real-time progress updates, and support job planning with site and regional teams.
• Conduct QA/QC checks, coach field technicians, and support development of technical skills.
• Apply Lean principles to standardize work, eliminate waste, and improve reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a TTF or heavy industrial environment, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
• High School Diploma or GED required; a technical or journeyman background is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multi-craft mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools and CMMS/ALM systems.
• MA Hoisting License 1C, 2C, or 3A required, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to travel within a 45-minute radius of the assigned hub and work in high-pressure field environments.
