Maintenance Technician (Robotics & Automation)

Location: On-site in Waddell, Arizona, United States

Salary: $33 per hour base pay with a 5% target quarterly bonus.

What you will do

• Execute predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, conveyance, and other material-handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and prioritize responses to maintain high equipment availability.
• Install, maintain, and safely operate power tools, hand tools, and electrical and instrument test equipment.
• Manage critical spare-parts inventory and work orders using CMMS.
• Coordinate contractors, oversee escalations, and provide equipment guidance to Operations.
• Document completed work, conduct safety inspections, and support continuous improvement and OEE tracking.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with material-handling equipment, automation, conveyance, or robotics.
• At least 2 years of experience performing predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Multiskilled knowledge of electrical and mechanical disciplines, including hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and PLC-based control systems.
• Experience with CMMS, packaging operations, high-speed automation, troubleshooting, blueprints, and CAD drawings.
• Ability to communicate in English, oversee and influence others, multitask, and prioritize workloads.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions, stand or crawl as required, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.

• Weekday rotation: Monday–Wednesday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in week one, and Monday–Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in week two.
• Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required.
• Travel is expected to be 0–10%.
