What you will do

• Perform maintenance, repair, plumbing, metal fabrication, and carpentry to support fulfillment center operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of up to 10 hourly facilities associates to achieve facility goals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, evaluating components, equipment, and circuits.
• Conduct daily inspections of conveyor systems, shipping, and packing equipment areas.
• Utilize the site CMMS system (Fiix) to optimize preventative and corrective maintenance execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for P1/P2 critical facility issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Louisville, KY or Mount Juliet, TN
• At least 36 months of previous facility maintenance experience (Mechanics, Construction, or Aviation/Transportation Repair).
• Strong electrical knowledge of 24v ac/dc control circuits, 120v power, and 77v-480v power circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing schematics.
• PLC knowledge (input/outputs troubleshooting) and sophisticated HVAC experience.
• Physical ability to climb and work at elevations up to 35 feet above floor level.
