HVAC Automated Systems Industrial Maintenance II

What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC package units, chiller systems, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot building management system components, including actuators, sensors, valves, and electrical components.
• Repair and maintain automated production equipment such as cranes, conveyors, diverters, storage and retrieval machines, palletizers, and stretch wrappers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, chiller plants, pumps, motors, cooling towers, air handlers, and other mechanical systems.
• Evaluate HVAC and chiller operation using gauges and measurement tools, including refrigerant recovery and charging systems.
• Complete work orders, parts requisitions, and accident or incident reports according to standard procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, construction trades, air conditioning maintenance, or related work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organization, time management, written and verbal communication, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, work with hands overhead, and work in prone positions.
• Ability to climb ladders and elevated work platforms and lift or carry up to 75 pounds while working in temperatures from -20 to 130 degrees.

Nice to have

• EPA Universal License.
