Lead Solutions Architect - West Coast, USA (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, USA; West Coast focus

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Identify prospective customers’ technical requirements and align them with hirify.global One’s technical and business value.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, manage proof-of-concepts, and secure technical wins with Enterprise Sales.
• Advise customers throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle, including crisis simulations, cybersecurity programs, and risk measurement.
• Build strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience, platform adoption, and long-term business outcomes.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews and provide executive-level reports, metrics, and insights.
• Collaborate with product, content, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to influence product innovation and account growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security, solution consulting, and pre-sales; customer success experience is beneficial.
• Extensive client-facing experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM, and public cloud environments.
• Ability to lead technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences and explain complex concepts clearly.
