Security Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom; remote role with 20–30% travel expected

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for enterprise pre-sales opportunities and secure technical wins.
• Discover customer security and compliance requirements and map them to end-to-end hirify.global and partner-integrated solutions.
• Run architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, technical deep dives, stakeholder presentations, and proof-of-concept or proof-of-value engagements.
• Design adoption plans, solution patterns, and remediation approaches for complex enterprise security architectures.
• Enable strategic partners through technical training, joint architecture development, and operational best practices.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, Product Management, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges, influence the roadmap, and create scalable enablement assets.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solution architecture, partner engineering, or customer-facing security architecture.
• Enterprise experience with the hirify.global platform and vulnerability or risk programme management.
• Hands-on expertise in multiple areas including asset management, vulnerability management, patching, compliance, cloud security, application security, and threat detection and response.
• Experience working with partners, MSSPs, alliances, or channel organisations in technical enablement or solution development.
• Ability to design end-to-end security architectures and working knowledge of security frameworks and public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, stakeholder management, and technical problem-solving skills, including experience with AI, automation, scripting, or workflow optimisation.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Experience building managed security services, integrations, or joint solution architectures.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud-native security, and security operations practices.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP, or public cloud certifications.
