Sr. IT Solution Architect, Access Automation (IAM)

Base compensation: $133,000–$178,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and ServiceNow.
• Define IAM architecture, standards, best practices, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead SailPoint implementation projects from design through deployment.
• Design integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, Fieldglass, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other cloud applications.
• Design provisioning and de-provisioning workflows, access certifications, lifecycle events, role management, policy controls, and segregation-of-duties processes.
• Provide technical leadership, lead workshops and design reviews, mentor IAM specialists, and manage technical risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience.
• 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role and experience delivering large-scale IAM transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with SailPoint ISC, IGA, RBAC, access certification, compliance, provisioning, lifecycle management, and application onboarding.
• Technical knowledge of REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Java, BeanShell, SailPoint rule development, Azure, AWS, GCP, and ServiceNow integration.
• Must be based in the USA; hirify.global is an E-Verify employer in the United States.

Nice to have

• SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
