Maintenance Mechanic (Roving Team) (Manufacturing)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA; travel within a 45-minute radius of the assigned hub is required.

Salary: $73,807–$101,445 per year, plus a 15% premium applied to base compensation.

What you will do

• Provide advanced maintenance expertise and surge support across regional hubs.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and availability.
• Perform vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, equipment calibration, and advanced diagnostics.
• Respond to critical outages and operational emergencies within the regional hub network.
• Support maintenance standardization, Work Week Management, Operator Care, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain CMMS/ALM records and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Thermomechanical Treatment Facility or similar heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain or possess MA 1C/2C/3A Hoisting Licenses.
• Proficiency with CMMS/ALM systems and maintenance technologies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within a 45-minute radius of the assigned hub.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or journeyman status.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Electrical, welding, or hydraulics certifications.
