Maintenance Manager

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States

Salary: $81,000–$121,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs.
• Establish and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
• Develop maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and production disruptions.
• Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems and coordinate maintenance windows with production.
• Track uptime, MTTR, maintenance costs, and other key performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and maintain ovens, hydraulic presses, water jet tables, and industrial robots while driving A3, 5-Why, and Fishbone problem-solving.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, particularly with Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
• 3–5 years of management experience and a proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams.
• Extensive experience with TPM programs and preventive and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience supporting production initiatives in new or scaling environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 standards.
• Familiarity with thermoplastics, PLC programming, and industrial robots.
