Loan Support Services Manager

Location: Fully onsite in Phoenix, Arizona at 2155 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

Salary: $81,000–$115,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead and manage loan servicing professionals, managers, and individual contributors.
• Design, implement, and maintain systems and processes for efficient and accurate loan operations.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives, departmental strategies, roadmaps, and change management plans.
• Prepare departmental budgets, monitor expenses, assess operational risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, security and privacy standards, and audit requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee quality control, production, and servicing activities where assigned.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• 7–10 years of lending industry or bank operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of complex loan documentation, structuring, servicing procedures, credit requirement analysis, and applicable regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Experience with planning, project management, operational process improvement, banking technology, and advanced systems design or management.
• Advanced proficiency in loan origination, banking systems, commercial and installment loan software, word processing, and spreadsheets; LaserPro, Word, and Excel are preferred.
