Loan Support Analyst (Commercial - Participated Servicing)

Location: Portage, MI, with role locations also available in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Kalamazoo, MI; and East Brunswick, NJ. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm ET.

Salary: $37,500–$75,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage a shared mailbox receiving communications from agent banks about participated loan transactions.
• Review notices and identify impacted customers, effective dates, transaction types, and required actions.
• Process and document advances, rollovers, conversions, principal and interest payments, and fee-related notices.
• Maintain accurate advance activity records in a SharePoint-based tracking log.
• Reconcile moderately complex transactions, verify documentation, and identify exceptions.
• Escalate high-priority and time-sensitive transactions to Loan Administrators.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to interpret loan notices, maintain organized records, and follow established procedures.

• Working knowledge of participated or syndicated loan servicing.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, due diligence, capital management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
