Loan Support Analyst Sr (Commercial)

Location: East Brunswick, NJ; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; or Kalamazoo, MI. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. Core hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET or 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET.

Base salary: $41,250–$82,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute complex commercial loan transactions and processes across specialized products or functional areas.
• Process and reconcile transactions, route documents and communications, and coordinate with internal and external business partners.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate exceptions while supporting assigned accounts or portfolios.
• Review loan transactions and documentation for completeness, accuracy, policy compliance, and service-level adherence.
• Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests, conduct research, and provide workflow feedback.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires and serve as a subject-matter resource.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, due diligence, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and capital management.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, communication, prioritization, and problem-management skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
