Lending Transaction Associate Senior (Commercial)

Location: Remote work in select geographic locations within the hirify.global footprint, subject to approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm ET. Remote work requires a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace.

Salary: $52,500–$105,000 base salary annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, review, and issue legal loan documents for standard and complex commercial lending transactions.
• Complete documentation due diligence, identify deficiencies and exceptions, and resolve issues in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate closing schedules and transaction workflows with clients, legal counsel, vendors, and internal partners.
• Negotiate documentation revisions and draft changes independently or with client counsel.
• Validate transaction structures against pricing models and ensure perfection of security interests.
• Manage multiple transactions, maintain quality thresholds, mentor new hires, and support specialty documentation, including dealer floor plan transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with complex transactions, loan documentation, due diligence, financial operations, and regulatory environments.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, negotiation, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of Florida documentary stamp tax and ability to prepare non-standard documentation for specialty lines of business.
