FP&A Analyst II (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Tampa, Florida, USA; onsite office environment. U.S. citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contract requirements, and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance is required.

What you will do

• Manage weekly and monthly reporting for orders, backlog, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Analyze month-end actuals against forecasts and explain variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly forecast reviews for executive leadership.
• Maintain the backlog pipeline and unfunded backlog reporting for corporate finance.
• Develop the annual operating plan and strategy outlook.
• Coordinate with corporate and program finance teams on Adaptive Planning processes and utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance or in forecasting and trend analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in detail, mentor others, and work independently.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
