What you will do

• Lead company-wide annual budgeting and rolling forecasts using Adaptive Planning.
• Develop multi-year long-range strategic plans and detailed scenario models.
• Guide capital allocation decisions, including headcount planning and investment prioritization.
• Analyze enterprise-level performance (revenue, EBITDA, cash flow) to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare high-level financial materials and narratives for the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Development team on M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Background in PE-backed, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling.
• Must be based in the United States.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
