Project Manager (Creative/Advertising)

What you will do

• Lead integrated creative projects from kick-off through delivery across print, digital, social, and POS.
• Build timelines, define milestones, coordinate resources, and manage project handovers.
• Act as a key client contact and support trusted client relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, freelancers, and development collaborators.
• Communicate project status, risks, scope changes, deadlines, and resource requirements to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, spend tracking, and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing creative projects across print, digital, social, and POS channels.
• Strong client-facing communication, organization, prioritization, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating resources under pressure.
• Familiarity with resourcing and project management tools, Microsoft Office, and relevant creative production software.
• Experience working with consumer products or in an agency or client-embedded environment.
• Experience managing production budgets, supplier coordination, purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliation, and budget risks.

Nice to have

• Experience with stills and/or motion production shoots.
