Principal Project Controls (Data Center Construction)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; remote role with office attendance encouraged

What you will do

• Manage, hire, train, mentor, and develop project controls employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts, revenue targets, team costs, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide account performance reporting to senior management and contribute to regional leadership and business strategy.
• Develop regional strategies with executive and regional leadership, marketing, talent acquisition, and HR teams.
• Promote process automation, data gathering, health and safety, client confidentiality, and an inclusive working environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in construction or project management, with increasing leadership and people management responsibility.
• Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or another construction-related discipline.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or large-scale industrial and mission-critical projects.
• PMP and LEED AP qualifications, or progress toward completing them.
• Strong relationship-building, mentoring, coaching, and team development skills.
