Site Migration Project Manager

What you will do

• Develop, execute, monitor, and control project plans while validating deliverable quality.
• Manage multi-site, multi-vendor, internal, and external IT projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Identify, communicate, mitigate, and manage delivery risks and issues.
• Manage assigned programmes and ensure objectives meet client expectations, service-level agreements, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare project proposals, recommendations, progress reports, briefings, and other communications for clients and executive stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, vendors, and account teams while contributing to PMO initiatives and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and programmes, including multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven stakeholder management experience with senior client decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong record of delivering business process improvements and successful project outcomes.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT infrastructure project management.
• ITIL, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
