Fraud Business Partner & Project Manager

What you will do

• Implement commercially viable fraud prevention and control frameworks across customer channels and value streams.
• Conduct fraud risk assessments for new products, propositions, customer journeys, and transformation initiatives.
• Define business cases for fraud control changes, including fraud reduction benefits and potential sales-loss impacts.
• Lead fraud management projects in collaboration with IT and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive change management and continuous improvement of fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
• Monitor assigned cases and communicate progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading transformative fraud initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes through influence, education, and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Commercial understanding of business drivers, revenue opportunities, and fraud risk.
• Experience embedding fraud prevention and detection into operational customer journeys.
• Ability to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
• Experience leading projects in conjunction with IT.
