What you will do

• Lead cross-functional core teams through all phases of product development and commercialization.
• Develop integrated business and commercialization plans aligned with global launch strategies.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and ROI targets to meet organizational objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with functional leaders and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach project managers and core team leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 8–12 years of related experience, with at least 5 years leading projects or cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing complex product development projects, preferably in medical devices.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments including 21 CFR, QSR 830, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.
• Experience working in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across virtual and in-person platforms.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MS, MBA, or Engineering).
• PMP certification.
• Experience in enterprise-wide process improvement and quality systems.
