What you will do
- Lead cross-functional core teams through all phases of product development and commercialization.
- Develop integrated business and commercialization plans aligned with global launch strategies.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and ROI targets to meet organizational objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with functional leaders and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach project managers and core team leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives across the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
- 8–12 years of related experience, with at least 5 years leading projects or cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience managing complex product development projects, preferably in medical devices.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments including 21 CFR, QSR 830, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.
- Experience working in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across virtual and in-person platforms.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree (MS, MBA, or Engineering).
- PMP certification.
- Experience in enterprise-wide process improvement and quality systems.
