Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; participation in onsite and remote customer implementation engagements may be required, with up to 15% travel.

Salary: $126,200–$212,754 USD base salary annually for US-based employees. Additional bonus or role-specific commission and potential equity may be available.

What you will do

• Participate in sales processes and work with direct and channel sales teams on strategic enterprise accounts.
• Discover customer requirements and align hirify.global solutions through implementation expertise and AI tooling.
• Lead foundational implementations and proof-of-value engagements in onsite and remote settings.
• Educate customers on product architecture, functional design, and implementation best practices.
• Document requirements and their mapping to hirify.global solutions while collaborating with sales, product, professional services, and customer success.
• Design agentic technology solutions and demonstrations for complex customer problems.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm, including 3+ years in software implementation or pre-sales.
• Experience with software development, implementation, and configuration, plus strong client and partner communication skills.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, directories, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, Google Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or React; familiarity with Java, XML, Python, LDAP, SQL, PowerShell, JSON, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience. hirify.global Certified Engineer or Solution Architect certification is expected within 12 months of hire.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with identity, governance, and access management solutions.
• Experience with Windows or Unix platforms, relational or NoSQL databases, directories, ERP or service management systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hirify.global and competing identity management products.
• AI and machine learning knowledge, project management experience, quality assurance experience, or security software and IT audit experience.
• J2EE, CISSP, hirify.global Certified Engineer, or Solution Architect certification.
