Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; up to 15% travel may be required

Base salary for US-based employees: $106,100–$178,770 annually; additional bonus, commission, and potential equity may apply.

What you will do

• Participate in sales processes with direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover customer requirements and align them with hirify.global solutions using AI tooling.
• Deliver foundational implementation and proof-of-value engagements in onsite and remote settings.
• Educate customers on product architecture, functional design, and implementation best practices.
• Document requirements and collaborate with sales, solution engineering, product, professional services, customer success, and other engineering teams.
• Build agentic technology solutions and demonstrations for hirify.global products.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm, including 3+ years in software implementation or pre-sales.
• Experience in software development, implementation, configuration, and direct client and partner communication.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, directories, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, Google Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and React; familiarity with Java, XML, Python, SQL, PowerShell, JSON, and AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity governance and access management solutions, hirify.global products, or comparable vendors.
• Experience with Windows or Unix platforms, relational or NoSQL databases, LDAP or Active Directory, ERP or service management systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, project management, quality assurance, security software, or IT audit.
• J2EE, CISSP, hirify.global Certified Engineer, or Solution Architect certification.
