Vice President, Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) Channel Marketing Manager (Financial Services)

Location: New York, NY or Newport Beach, CA, USA

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Independent Broker Dealer channel.
• Increase awareness and use of the Advisor Forum platform through newsletters, podcasts, events, and digital tools.
• Design integrated campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and events for IBD audiences.
• Lead account-based marketing, segment-specific messaging, and promotion of investment products and insights.
• Partner with U.S. Global Wealth Management, product, digital, and client-facing teams to align messaging and programs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, track market intelligence, and mentor channel marketing associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5–10 years of financial services marketing experience, ideally within the IBD space.
• Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, advisor needs, and purchasing behavior.
• Deep investment knowledge, including fixed income, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience with strategic and tactical marketing execution, marketing automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, project management, collaboration, and organizational skills.
