Project Manager (Contract) (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid role based in Markham, Ontario, Canada; in-person interviews are required.

Salary: CAD 35.00–40.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple client, service, and product implementation projects.
• Lead multifunctional project teams and coordinate internal teams, clients, partners, and outsource providers.
• Gather client requirements and prepare application development, operational, and print-and-mail documentation.
• Plan and track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, communications, risks, and quality.
• Develop project best practices and take ownership of successful implementation and delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of project management or related experience.
• Knowledge of financial services and the print industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with project management software and a Windows environment.
• Basic home office setup, high-speed internet, and the ability to work without distractions during core business hours are required for the hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Professional project management accreditation, such as PMI.
• Familiarity with investment community markets.
• Knowledge or experience with Jira.
