What you will do

• Manage large-scale or multiple software implementation projects from initiation through implementation and post-implementation review.
• Maintain project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, quality controls, financial reporting, and management information.
• Coordinate solution design, build, testing, operational readiness, training, handovers, and go-live activities.
• Identify, manage, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and commercial impacts.
• Lead distributed virtual teams, resolve conflicts, and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage client, executive stakeholder, and third-party supplier relationships while ensuring regulatory requirements are addressed.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading business-critical projects, preferably software implementations in financial services.
• Experience in financial services, ideally involving investment, wealth, life, or pensions products.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and stakeholders at executive level.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in which hirify.global and its clients operate.
• First-class honours degree, master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organisation, communication, administration, time management, commercial awareness, initiative, and self-direction.
