Salary: $82,400 - $121,440 plus corporate bonus

What you will do

• Transform current business processes into interactive and user-friendly workflows by analyzing gaps and areas for improvement.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of products to customers.
• Lead product launches by collaborating closely with various Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
• Leverage project management skills and AI tools to track progress and communicate effectively with executive management.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product Management, UX, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Support.
• Lead projects across different geographic teams independently with minimal instruction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within the networking and security industry.
• Strong working knowledge of collaboration tools including Atlassian/JIRA, Microsoft SharePoint, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in Burnaby, BC, Canada for hybrid work.
• Ability to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and professional development.
