MRP / Order Management Professional (Additive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze MRP and ERP data to determine material requirements from production schedules and assembly demand.
• Create, process, and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials and subcontracted operations.
• Maintain order, inventory, supplier, and lead-time data in SAP and related business systems.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and suppliers to resolve material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and system issues.
• Monitor supplier performance, expedite orders, and support uninterrupted production operations.
• Identify and implement improvements in material planning, procurement, and order management workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in MRP, procurement, or order management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control, production planning, demand planning, and supplier performance management.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization is required.
