Product Strategist (Hedge Fund)

What you will do

• Drive the growth strategy for hedge fund and quantitative strategies across the EMEA region.
• Act as the regional subject-matter expert and primary product advisor for client-facing teams.
• Lead discussions with institutional and private wealth investors, including portfolio construction and complex due diligence.
• Represent investment processes, portfolio construction, and product positioning with clients, at conferences, and in market forums.
• Create investor presentations, commentaries, white papers, and bespoke client materials.
• Contribute to global business planning, product prioritization, and new investment solution development.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in asset management or the sell side, focused on hedge funds or liquid alternatives.
• Deep understanding of the global hedge fund landscape, investment strategies, allocator behavior, and client demand trends.
• Knowledge of institutional, private wealth, and intermediary distribution channels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly.
• Credibility and confidence in public speaking with senior and large audiences.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, highly organized, and aligned with hirify.global’s investment philosophy and values.

Nice to have

• CFA designation or MBA.
