Senior Product Manager (Active Fixed Income)

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of active fixed income and liquidity products across UCITS and non-UCITS funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts.
• Manage product launches, amendments, mergers, closures, and ongoing lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate projects by defining milestones, managing risks and actions, facilitating working groups, and engaging subject-matter experts.
• Ensure product activity meets regulatory, governance, risk, customer outcome, and internal policy requirements.
• Review commercial viability and product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse client, competitor, industry, and regulatory developments and build relationships with Investment, Distribution, operations, governance committees, service providers, and external partners.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the international asset management industry and experience launching and managing investment funds across relevant jurisdictions.
• In-depth understanding of active fixed income and liquidity strategies, products, and client selection processes.
• Technical knowledge of pooled product structures, including UCITS and non-UCITS funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts.
• Experience in product strategy, development, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Demonstrable project management skills, including prioritisation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Degree or equivalent experience; IMC, CFA, or CAIA qualifications are welcomed.
