Product Manager/Analyst for Asset Management (Alternative Investments)

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for alternative investment products.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, client feedback, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams on product enhancements and new features.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product performance measurement.
• Communicate product updates and data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Monitor investment product risks and incorporate mitigation strategies into product planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within asset management or alternative investments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-deck creation skills.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in highly client-facing environments.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to asset management.
• Basic asset management knowledge.
• Understanding of risk and controls.
• Experience within a PMO structure.
• 8–10+ years of total relevant experience.
