Senior Manager, Product Strategy (Embedded Finance)

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for the Embedded Finance proposition and deliver a product strategy supporting growth, customer value, and market expansion.
• Lead and develop three Senior Specialists through coaching, direction, and capability development.
• Use customer insight, data, market trends, and competitive analysis to prioritise features and shape customer journeys.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Credit, Product, Partnerships, and Technology teams to deliver the product roadmap.
• Act as the product voice for key retail and white-label partners, improving customer experience and engagement across the lifecycle.
• Ensure products support customer outcomes, regulatory expectations, and Consumer Duty principles.

Requirements

• Strong Embedded Finance experience across instalment lending, retail/POS finance, BNPL, or related consumer credit products.
• Proven product strategy experience building customer-focused propositions with measurable commercial results.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer insights, behavioural trends, and commercial performance into clear product direction.
• Product delivery experience working with design, technology, and digital product teams.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing product professionals.

Nice to have

• Experience with retail or white-label partners and long-term partnership development.
• Understanding of digital product development, agile delivery, and customer journey optimisation.
• Experience in regulated consumer lending, financial services, or fintech environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, resilience, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
