What you will do

• Define and deliver the strategic direction for NewPay to drive growth and market expansion.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Senior Specialists.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, and data into feature prioritization and optimized customer journeys.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Credit, and Technology teams to execute a best-in-class product roadmap.
• Act as the primary product voice for key external partners to optimize engagement across the customer lifecycle.
• Ensure all products are designed in alignment with regulatory expectations and Consumer Duty principles.

Requirements

• Expertise in Embedded Finance, specifically instalment lending, retail/POS finance, BNPL, or consumer credit.
• Proven track record of building customer-focused product strategies that deliver commercial results.
• Experience in people leadership, managing and coaching product professionals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills for influencing senior leaders and external partners.
• Ability to translate behavioral trends and performance data into clear product direction.
• Strong knowledge of product delivery and collaboration with design and technology teams.
