Talent Acquisition- Sourcer Partner I (Logistics)

Location: On-site in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage multiple active requisitions across sourcing, interviewing, and other hiring stages.
• Own talent research, sourcing, and candidate assessment from end to end.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to align expectations and establish consistent interview processes.
• Use ATS reports, dashboards, and sourcing metrics to monitor pipeline health and identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain proactive candidate communication and collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Understanding of Talent Acquisition fundamentals.
• Experience managing several active requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to maintain pipeline visibility without compromising candidate quality or experience.

Nice to have

• Ability to use sourcing data and metrics to influence recruiting decisions and support hiring goals.
• Experience partnering with Recruiting, HR, and Total Rewards teams.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, customs, or freight brokerage.
