What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM for go-to-market teams and other departments as needed.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Qualify candidates against company, role, and team culture requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide talent market insights, implement feedback, and advise on hiring needs.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience while representing the company culture and employer brand.
• Maintain ATS records, contribute to recruitment reporting, improve processes, and escalate potential issues when needed.

Requirements

• Previous in-house recruitment experience hiring for go-to-market teams.
• Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• High attention to detail when working with an applicant tracking system.
• Data-driven approach and ability to lead conversations with recruitment data.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
