What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM teams and other departments across AMERS and LATAM.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, gather feedback, and advise on hiring needs.
• Provide a high-touch, world-class candidate experience that reflects company culture.
• Maintain ATS records and provide input for key recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate as part of a global TA team while maintaining independence in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Proven experience in an in-house recruitment role hiring for GTM teams.
• Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and pipeline development.
• Ability to influence and build trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• High attention to detail when managing records in an ATS.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to lead conversations based on metrics.
